Shreenivasa Rajanala

Shreenivasa Rajanala currently serves as the VP and Global Head of Data Science and Advanced Analytics for Bayer, a position held since November 2016, accumulating extensive experience in data science and analytics across various roles, including leadership positions in the EMEA region and global cardiovascular sectors. Prior to joining Bayer, Shreenivasa worked at Mu Sigma Inc. from November 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing analytical solutions for a major US bio-pharma client, along with progressing through several analytical roles. Additionally, Shreenivasa completed an internship at the Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute in 2009, focusing on RF MEMS projects. Academic qualifications include a B.E (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and participation in the Engage.Shape.Perform program at IMD in late 2022.
