Arman Bedikian

Arman Bedikian has a diverse and extensive work experience. Arman began their career at Deutsche Bank, where they worked as a Bank Clerk and later as a Financial Advisor. Arman then moved on to Mummert & Partner AG, where they served as a Consultant/Business Analyst. After that, they joined PwC as an HR IT Consultant.

Bedikian then joined E.ON, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Consultant, HR Business Partner, Senior Project Manager, and Head of HR Services. Arman played a key role in business transformation and the adoption of a Shared Services structure at E.ON, as well as leading various HR projects and managing knowledge transfer processes.

Arman'smost recent role was at Bayernwerk AG, where they served as Head of HSE Policy & Health Management. In this position, they were responsible for driving safety, occupational health, and sustainability initiatives within the organization. Arman defined strategies, established programs, and implemented management systems and KPIs. Arman also coordinated crisis prevention measures and related activities.
