Heather Russell

Heather Russell is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a focus on critical care services and leadership. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for ICU, Neuro ICU, and CVSICU at Bayhealth since October 2019, Russell previously held the position of Director of Critical Care Services at St. Francis Healthcare from February 2015 to October 2019. With a long tenure at the Delaware Air National Guard as Chief Nursing Officer and Flight Nurse Evaluator from June 1994 to July 2016, Russell has also contributed to nursing education and special projects at various organizations, including St. Francis Healthcare and the National Guard Bureau. Russell holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership and Health Care Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Immaculata University.
