Janelle Hobbs MBA, MSN, RN currently serves as the Manager of the Orthopaedic Service Line at Bayhealth, a role held since June 2020. Prior to this position, Janelle worked as the Navigator Supervisor at Bayhealth Medical Center from March 2018 to June 2020. Janelle completed a Master of Science in Nursing Administration at Wilmington University from September 2015 to May 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Delaware State University, obtained between 1994 and 2000. Currently, Janelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at Wilmington University.
