David McFarland

David McFarland is a highly skilled manufacturing manager with extensive experience in the stamping, welding, fabrication, assembly, and coatings industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Bayloff Stamped Products since July 2020, McFarland has previously held leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Manager across various organizations including Cleveland Steel Container and Stamco Industries Inc. Known for a strong work ethic and a focus on team building, McFarland has successfully managed complex operations, developed business plans, and implemented process improvements to enhance productivity. McFarland holds an Associate's degree in Electrical Technology from New Castle School of Trades.
