Joe Governali

Joe Governali, MBA, PMP, CSM, SA, has extensive experience in IT governance and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT Governance at Baylor College of Medicine since 2018, Joe has established formal IT business relationship management processes and leads continual improvement initiatives in project delivery. Prior roles include Manager at KPIT where Joe supported a $20M Oracle ERP rollout and Sr. Manager at Saab Sensis Corporation, delivering international projects to governmental clients. Joe also owned Governali and Associates, focusing on Oracle JD Edwards upgrades, and held management positions at Insource Technology and Weatherford, where Joe led significant software implementations and business process improvements. With an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University, Joe combines technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities.
