Timothy Clarke

Timothy Clarke is a Partner at Baylor Evnen Curtiss Grimit & Witt LLP, where Timothy has been since February 1998 and is also a member of the firm's management team, having previously served as Vice Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Timothy Clarke is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Before joining the firm, Timothy Clarke was a Law Clerk for the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance from 1996 to 1997. Timothy Clarke earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1998 and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Hastings College, obtained in 1995.
