Romy Fawaz Ms, Cgc

Romy Fawaz, MS, CGC, currently serves as a Laboratory Genetic Counselor II at Baylor Genetics since June 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Genetic Counselor at Brigham and Women's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020, where Romy coordinated eleven NIH-funded projects, collaborated with geneticists and counselors, and managed various research tasks and events. Additional roles include a position on the Brew Crew at Harpoon Brewery and academic positions at the University of Oklahoma as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Romy holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma.
