Kimberly Young (Thomas)

Kimberly (Thomas) Young has extensive experience in healthcare and business management, currently serving as a Senior RCM Integration Analyst at BayMark Health Services since June 2022, where responsibilities include reporting analytics and team management. Kimberly also contributes to the community as a Board Member for the American Cancer Society and a Life Group Leader for Divorce Care. As a co-founder of the M.A.Y. Foundation since January 2013 and CEO of Dack's Enterprise, Inc. since April 2009, entrepreneurial skills are evident. Prior roles include Senior Reconciliation Analyst at Steward Health Care, Corporate Account Specialist at Cantex Continuing Care Network, and Leadership in various capacities at McKesson. Kimberly holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information System Technology from Vatterott College and attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
