Martin Nyamai

Martin Nyamai is an experienced telecommunications professional specializing in fiber optics and project management, currently serving as Manager of Fiber Projects at Bayobab since September 2022. In this role, Martin leads the planning and construction of strategic network infrastructure across East Africa, managing all aspects of fiber route demand and construction for Bayobab's cross-border links. Prior to Bayobab, Martin held senior managerial positions at UWEZO Broadband Limited and project management roles at Kinde Engineering Works Limited, Bluecherry Telecom Limited, Flashbay East Africa Limited, and TKM Maestro Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing fiber optic projects, financial management, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Martin holds a BSc in Computer Science from Moi University and possesses a PMP certification from iKompass.
