Steve Shearman

Steve Shearman joined Bayon IT in 2020 as Business Manager, and brings with him over 20 years of business experiences in industries such as defense, retail, consumer goods, transportation, and aerospace. Steve’s management and leadership experiences will help expand Bayon’s current capabilities in customer experience, communications, marketing, Human Resources, talent acquisition, client collaboration, etc. Steve’s management experiences in large and small organizations gives Bayon additional expertise in providing strategic support, service, and solutions to emerging business challenges.

Steve has earned a Master of Business in HR Management from Capella University, Master of Business Administration in Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in organizational management from American InterContinental University. Steve is a member the American Legion, ASAE (American Society of Association Executives) and holds Human Capital Strategist (HCS) Certification and LinkedIn Master Recruiter Certification.
