Keena Naik

Keena Naik, BSc, MBA, currently serves as the National Director of International & Diversity Recruitment and the National Director of Operations for the Consumer Home Health Branch Network at Bayshore HealthCare, a position held since June 2004. With extensive experience in business development and operational management, Keena has been integral in developing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing the functionality and growth of 30 national locations, and managing operations for 22 home care locations across Canada. Previous roles include Regional Director of Business Development, Area Director for the Toronto, York, and Durham regions, and various project management positions focusing on health education and corporate development. Keena holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications, including an MBA from Athabasca University and a Certificate in Customer-Focused Marketing from the Rotman School of Management.
