Gail Monroe-Perry

Gail Monroe-Perry is an experienced professional in talent development and acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Development and Acquisition at The Institute for Family Health since May 2018. With a strong background in executive search consulting, Gail holds the position of Executive Vice President Search Consultant at WKA since 2013 and previously worked as an SVP at eTeam Executive Search from 2015 to 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Search Consultant at Martens & Heads! (2013-2015) and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at PVH Corp. (2010-2013). Gail has also held significant positions at L Brands and Ralph Lauren, further solidifying expertise in talent acquisition. Gail earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University.
