Mouna Soudah

Mouna Soudah is an experienced fitness professional currently serving as the Group Exercise Lead at San Mateo County Community College District since January 2024, responsible for managing a large team of instructors and updating exercise schedules. Mouna has a long-standing background in group fitness instruction across various organizations, including San Mateo Athletic Club and BaySport, Inc., demonstrating expertise in class structure and member engagement. As a homemaker since 2001, Mouna has successfully raised four children while honing exceptional organizational and time management skills.
