Marc Gudema

Marc Gudema founded BayState Business Brokers and is a former managing partner of the business. He has an extensive background buying, operating, and selling small businesses. Marc Gudema is a Certified M&A Advisor and Certified Business Intermediary. For over 20 years, he owned and operated an automotive distribution business and a printing business. His education includes BA and MBA degrees. He is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and sells commercial real estate. He is a former board member of the Business Brokers Association of New England, the only group of business brokers in New England that co-broker business sales.
