Ola Haddad

Ola leads the Human Resources department at Bayt.com. She brings to her role over 17 years of experience in HR and Operations.

During her long career with Bayt.com, Ola has held a variety of positions in the organization. Today, her key responsibilities include formulating and executing Human Resources strategies and overseeing the organizational performance management process with the leadership team.

Ola has a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the German Jordanian University.
