Alexzandria Seemann

Alexzandria Seemann is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Baytech Plastics Inc. since May 2021, previous roles include Human Resources Manager at SQ Workforce Incorporated, where Alexzandria developed policies for a start-up and managed full cycle recruitment and payroll. At the Canadian Musicians Co-operative, Alexzandria led initiatives to enhance hiring practices and employee motivation for a team of over 70. With a proven record in improving HR efficiencies and ensuring compliance with laws, Alexzandria also has experience in mentoring, onboarding, and implementing human resources programs across various organizations. Alexzandria holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Business Management from Humber College.
