Mary Rose Lyn Carcasona

Mary Rose Lyn Carcasona is an experienced QEHS Manager at Bayton Group, responsible for managing quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and the integrated management system for quality, environment, and health and safety. Prior to this role, Mary served as the Associate General Manager for QA, Continuous Improvement, and Management Systems at JX Nippon Mining & Metals Philippines Inc. from November 2003 to June 2019, overseeing both Quality Assurance and Training Departments. Additionally, Mary held the position of Technical Services Manager and Quality Management Representative at J.F Rubber Philippines Inc. from November 1992 to November 2003, managing technical services, quality assurance, and ISO compliance. Mary holds a Master of International Business from Macquarie University and a BS in Chemical Engineering with a major in Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
