Ines Monsante has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Helpdesk Lead at Bayview Financial since May 2005. Prior to this role, Ines worked as IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support at Air Jamaica Vacations from 2001 to 2005. Ines has a strong educational background with studies at Miami Dade College and Florida International University.
