Ryan Kozey

Managed Account Team Lead; Leadership Team Member at BAZ Group

Ryan Kozey has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Ryan currently serves as the Director of North America at Saturation Church Planting - North America, where they help expand the presence of the organization in the United States. Ryan teaches SCP principles to local churches and denominations, using a curriculum called "The Journey." Ryan also works as a Personal Consultant, using their business experience and academic background in organizational assessment and quantitative statistics to provide demographic research and assessment research to faith-based organizations. Ryan helps organizations understand how successful they are in pursuing their mission, vision, and values and strategizes with them around assessment results, leadership, and strategic planning. In addition, Ryan has held positions at BAZ Group, where they served as a Managed Account Team Lead and a member of the leadership team, and at Reliant Mission, where they were part of the US Programs Team. Ryan also worked at The Chapel, Buffalo NY, as a Pastor focused on Missional Behavior and later as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they conducted data analysis of demographics. Prior to that, Ryan had a Post-Doctoral Appointment at the State University of New York at Buffalo and worked at GCM, Inc. as a National Program Manager and Research Analyst, conducting research on employment satisfaction, turnover, and social network analysis. Ryan also had responsibilities in training and overseeing the employment of approximately 300 staff in the area of coaching, social, and strategic support.

Ryan Kozey's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Bowling Green State University and earned a BA and BAC in Telecommunication Management and Interpersonal Communication. Ryan then pursued a master's degree at Bowling Green State University from 2003 to 2004, specializing in Organizational Communication.

Kozey continued their education at the University at Buffalo from 2005 to 2008, where they completed their PhD in Organizational Communication - Assessment. Following that, they had a post-doctoral appointment at the University at Buffalo from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Organizational Communication and Social Networks.

In 2011, Kozey furthered their education by attending Liberty University and completed a Master's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies, which they finished in 2016.
