Dhananjaya S has a wealth of work experience, having held positions in various companies since 2011. In 2011, they held a Summer Internship at Sharekhan. In 2012, they were the Proprietor of Happy2Serve Professional Caterers, where they handled Business Development, Logistics, Payments and Key Accounts Management. In 2013, they were a Research Associate at Stratadigm Education and Training Pvt Ltd. In 2014, they were an Assistant Professor at KS School of Engineering and Management Studies, where they handled finance subjects for MBA students and achieved 100% results in all the 3 subjects. In 2015, they were the Co-Founder and COO of Skillzxchange India Pvt Ltd (www.zipd.in), where they led the operations of Rider recruitment, Business development, Key Accounts management, Product Development and Delivery Verticals. Since 2017, they have been the Founder and CEO of BazaarNXT, a next-generation omni-channel e-com packaging store.

Dhananjaya S has a comprehensive educational background. Dhananjaya began their education in 2003 when they attended SVRHS Byramangala, where they completed their High School degree in 2005. Following this, they attended Jnanavikasa Institute Of Technology from 2005 to 2007 and obtained their Pre University degree in Science (PCMB). Dhananjaya then moved on to SKMV College- Channapatna, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computers and Applications in 2010. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from PES University in 2012.
