Carlee Gnos

Carlee Gnos has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carlee currently holds the position of People & Talent Business Partner at Bazaarvoice since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon from 2020 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Senior Program Manager in the Recruiting Engine and Regional Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they provided strategic support, developed and implemented HR plans and policies, and managed HR business partners. Before joining Amazon, Carlee worked at Treasury Wine Estates as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR support for the supply function. Carlee also has experience working at Amazon as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they partnered with senior leaders, designed HR initiatives, and managed HR operations. Carlee began their career as an Executive Team Lead Intern at Target in 2015.

Carlee Gnos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The George Washington University. Carlee also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA in the same field of study from the University of Cincinnati.

In addition to their degrees, Carlee Gnos has obtained several certifications. Carlee earned a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the Management & Strategy Institute in November 2022. Carlee also holds a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt from the same institution, obtained in November 2022. Furthermore, they completed an Introduction to SQL certification from the University of Cincinnati in August 2020.
