Nicoleta Miu has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Nicoleta began their career as a Public Servant at the Chamber of Deputies, Parliament of Romania, where they worked from October 2007 to September 2008. Nicoleta then worked as a trainee at the Ministry of the French Community from September 2009 to October 2009.

Most recently, Nicoleta has been working at Bazaarvoice since May 2018. Nicoleta Miu has a Master of Science in Management degree in European Public Management from HEC Ulg - Management School, University of Liege, which they attained from 2008 to 2009.
