Shimon Ben-Chen

Shimon Ben-Chen has extensive experience in maintenance management within the industrial sector, currently serving as the Storage Tank Farm Maintenance Manager at BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd since September 2013. Prior to this role, Shimon was the Maintenance Manager at HBO (Haifa Basic Oil). From 2003 to September 2013, Shimon held the position of Energy and Water System Manager and API Plant Maintenance Manager at Taro Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in Shimon's career, from 1995 to 2003, Shimon worked as the Printing Department Technical Manager at Lageen Tuboplast Ltd. Shimon holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Management from the University of Haifa and a Practical Engineer degree in Heat and Power Machines from Israel Nautical College Kzinay Yam Acco.
