Josemar Viana da Silva

Josemar Viana da Silva has extensive experience in project management and technology services, currently serving as a PMO at BB Tecnologia e Serviços since July 2015. At BB Tecnologia e Serviços, responsibilities include the implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT Directorate, developing performance indicators, and fostering project management practices. Additionally, Josemar acted as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, and between 2020 and 2022, supported the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) in project management methodology deployment and continuity management. Previously, Josemar has held managerial positions in various organizations, including JVS INFO-LINE, where consulting services were provided to retail and technology sectors, and academic roles such as a professor at Faculdade Batista do Rio de Janeiro. Josemar's educational background includes a Professional Master's in Administration from Ibmec, an MBA in Project Management from UVV, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Systems Analysis from FAVI.
