Lyle Neumann

Lyle Neumann currently serves as an Advisor for Digital Power Systems at BBA Consultants since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lyle accumulated extensive experience at ATCO Electric from August 2004 to October 2021, where achievements included overseeing operations and maintenance for the Heathfield Converter Station and leading a 500kV HVDC line project in Alberta. Lyle also held various positions, such as Engineer for HVDC & FACTS, Supervisor for Operations and Maintenance, and Electrical Technologist Team Lead. Additionally, Lyle worked as an HVDC Specialist at Nalcor Energy from November 2017 to October 2021, and had prior experience in substation and generation plant maintenance across Northern Alberta, alongside serving as a design lead for power quality monitoring. Lyle's educational background includes multiple credentials from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
