Patty Loi

Patty Loi is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in both staff and audit accounting roles. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at BBAM LLC since January 2016, Patty has successfully implemented process improvements for major bank holdings, including automating account information for the general ledger and collaborating with IT to create a dynamic reporting tool for tracking interest income. Previously, as an Audit Associate at Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce LLP from September 2013 to December 2015, Patty ensured compliance through extensive audits of 53 properties in the affordable housing sector and provided actionable recommendations for enhancements. Patty started the accounting career at the Family Service Agency, where efforts led to significant cost savings and maintained monthly bank reconciliations.
