Matthew Costello

Matthew Costello is an experienced professional in policy and compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager of Policy & Compliance at BBB National Programs since August 2017. In this role, Matthew oversees BBB AUTO LINE, one of the largest and longest-running dispute resolution programs in the United States, and has contributed to the development of various dispute resolution programs across multiple industries, including automotive warranty disputes and arbitration provisions. Prior to this position, Matthew worked at the Council of Better Business Bureaus from November 2002 to August 2017, holding roles as Manager of Customer Service & Policy and Dispute Resolution Specialist. Matthew is an alumnus of Frostburg State University.
