Sarah Gregory

Sarah Gregory serves as the People Experience Director and Deputy Chief People Officer at BBC since October 2016, having held multiple HR leadership roles within the organization, including HR Director for the Nations division and overseeing HR operations. Prior to their tenure at BBC, Sarah held senior managerial positions at Boots UK, leading HR Shared Services and colleague engagement initiatives, and at Aviva, where Sarah developed a global customer innovation program that significantly enhanced customer experience. Sarah's career began at BT, focusing on business improvement and customer solutions. Currently, Sarah is pursuing a PhD in Social Mobility and Career Progression at Nottingham Trent University, complementing earlier degrees in Management and Physiology.
