Vanessa Romann

Vanessa Romann has extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Vanessa currently works as the EVP Strategic Business Lead at BBDO Worldwide since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Growth Officer & Managing Director at Havas from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they managed a large cross-office and cross-functional team, driving digital acquisitions, consumer engagement, and sales for a financial institution. Before Havas, Vanessa was the Managing Director and Head of Strategy at Faith Popcorn's BrainReserve, where they partnered with Fortune 200 companies to future-proof their businesses. Vanessa also served as the Executive Planning Director/Head of Planning at Havas and SVP Strategy Director at Publicis, where they developed global strategies and uncovered consumer insights. Vanessa began their career at BBDO as an Associate Planning Director and worked as an Account Planner at Fallon prior to that.

Vanessa Romann attended Syracuse University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications.
