Stephen Wichern

Stephen Wichern is a partner at Beltzer Bangert & Gunnell LLP, specializing in contracting, operations, and dispute resolution for commercial and infrastructure projects in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region since July 2019. Additionally, Stephen serves as Senior Counsel at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., overseeing all legal aspects of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects since April 2012. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, focusing on construction law and commercial litigation, and working as a structural engineer at various firms, where Stephen contributed to design projects and consulting in transportation and construction. Stephen holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor's in Applied Science (Civil Engineering) from Queen's University.
