Stephen J. Obermayer

Stephen Obermayer serves as the Principal and Chief Financial Officer of BBL Construction Services, LLC and BBL, LLC, overseeing a construction services firm with annual revenues exceeding $400 million and operations across the nation. Additionally, Stephen holds the position of President at BBL Hospitality, a hotel and restaurant management company with a portfolio of 30 venues, where responsibilities encompass all aspects of operations, sales, investment, acquisition activity, and new business development. As the sole trustee of the DRL Trust, Stephen manages the Led Duke family’s diverse portfolio of approximately 100 real estate properties and other investments. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating cum laude from Siena College.
