Shreena Parekh

Shreena Parekh is a Corporate Associate with extensive experience in corporate law, currently working at BBS Law since April 2024. Previously, Shreena held similar roles at Joelson from November 2021 to April 2024, focusing on the sale and purchase of companies valued between £2 million and £19 million, and advising on the reorganisation and sale of a private medi-cab company. Prior to that, Shreena worked as a Solicitor at Taylor Walton LLP from January 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included advising on company reorganisations and acquisitions of SMEs valued between £500,000 and £4 million. Shreena began the legal career at Shakespeare Martineau LLP as a Paralegal in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Comparative Literature from Queen Mary University of London, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law.
