Francoise Carrier

Francoise Carrier is currently working as Of Counsel at Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC, providing legal advice and representation to clients in land use, zoning, planning and real estate transactions. Prior to this, Francoise served as the Chair of the Montgomery County Md. Planning Board and as the Director of the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings in Montgomery County Government. Francoise also has experience as a Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and as an Associate at Cutler & Stanfield, providing legal advice in areas such as land use and economic development. Francoise holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stanford Law School.
