Carol Núñez Delgado

Carol Núñez Delgado's work experience begins in 2005 at Innovación Empresarial, where they worked as an Analyst of Selection until 2006. In 2007, they joined BBVA en Perú as a Specialist in Selection for a short period. Carol then served as a Specialist in People Management - Talent & Culture, managing HR processes for various departments and conducting interviews and career development. From 2010 until their current position, they have held roles as a Manager of Talent Acquisition - Talent & Culture and is currently the Principal Manager HR Business Partner, responsible for overseeing talent attraction processes and implementing recruitment strategies.

Carol Núñez Delgado has a diverse education history. In 2021-2022, they obtained a Certification in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Personnel Management from Universidad del Pacífico (PE). In 2005, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources from Universidad Ricardo Palma. Carol obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Santa María in 1999-2003. Additionally, they have another Master's degree in Organizational Development and Personnel Management from Universidad del Pacífico (PE). Carol also holds a certification in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching.
