Carol Núñez Delgado's work experience begins in 2005 at Innovación Empresarial, where they worked as an Analyst of Selection until 2006. In 2007, they joined BBVA en Perú as a Specialist in Selection for a short period. Carol then served as a Specialist in People Management - Talent & Culture, managing HR processes for various departments and conducting interviews and career development. From 2010 until their current position, they have held roles as a Manager of Talent Acquisition - Talent & Culture and is currently the Principal Manager HR Business Partner, responsible for overseeing talent attraction processes and implementing recruitment strategies.
Carol Núñez Delgado has a diverse education history. In 2021-2022, they obtained a Certification in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching.
