Mark Zekulin

Mark Zekulin has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors, notably in non-profit, environmental, and legal disciplines. Currently serving as Vice Chair at the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization and holding multiple chairman roles at Invert Inc. and BC Biocarbon, Zekulin is dedicated to climate action and carbon reduction. As the founder and director of the Happy Roots Foundation, Zekulin focuses on child development and community support. Previous roles include Board President at Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa and CEO of Canopy Growth Corporation, where Zekulin played a pivotal role in shaping the cannabis industry. Academic credentials include a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ottawa.
