Marja Heinonen

Marja Heinonen has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Sales and Membership Advisor at Oy Elixia Finland Ab/ Alexium. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Customer Service Representative at Imperial Health Club. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Purchaser and Project Manager Trainee at Ruukki Oyj / Ruukki Stainless Steel & Aluminium Oy. From 2015 to 2017, they were a SAP Project Manager and ScrumMaster at Tieto. Most recently, from 2017 to present, they have been the Head of Data Partnerships, Head of Customer Success, EMEA, Director of Operations, and Project Portfolio Manager at BC Platforms.

Marja Heinonen has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Global Innovation Management from the Turku School of Economics, which they obtained in 2014. Marja also has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School, which they obtained in 2011. In addition, they have obtained four certifications: ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from APMG-International in November 2015, Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in June 2016, Certified SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2016, and Certified SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2016.
