Taylor Zerbin

Taylor Zerbin, CPHR, currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture Operations at BC Transit, having held various roles within the organization since July 2018, including Acting Manager and People and Culture Advisor. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Babcock Canada Inc. from May 2012 to July 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Human Resources Advisor. Taylor has specialized in training and development, overseeing the training programs across multiple locations, and has managed various HR functions such as recruitment and policy writing. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Leadership, along with an Advanced Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate in related fields from Camosun College.
