Mark Swapo

Mark Swapo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, mobile banking, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Professional Mentor and Head of Community at Apiary Academy, Mark provides guidance in project management training and oversees community growth initiatives. As a Product Manager at PT Bank Digital BCA, Mark leads teams focused on enhancing mobile banking and payment services, contributing to the successful launch of "blu by bca digital." Previous roles include Mobile Banking Development Specialist at PermataBank, Senior Internal Auditor at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, and Internal Auditor at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
