Shahid Ahmed has a work experience of over six years in the field of information technology. Shahid started their career at Pronto in 2015 as an IT Helpdesk professional and worked in that role for two years. In 2021, they joined AX as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, where they served until October. Currently, they are working at BCA UK as an IT Service Request Team Lead.
Shahid Ahmed obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Birmingham City University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their intermediate studies in Computer Science at Matthew Boulton College from 2013 to 2015. Shahid also attended Handsworth Grammar School from 2007 to 2012, where they completed their GCSE.
