Sylwia Koprowski

Sylwia Koprowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sylwia currently holds the role of AVP Credit Analyst III at BCB Bank since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Maspeth Federal Savings as a Bank Officer & Senior Credit Analyst from May 2021 to July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Sylwia worked at Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union for several roles. From January 2018 to May 2021, they served as a Business Loan Portfolio Specialist II, where they reviewed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, provided risk rating recommendations, and maintained databases for loan monitoring.

Sylwia Koprowski holds a Master's degree in Law from the Uniwersytet w Białymstoku. Sylwia has also obtained additional certifications such as the Women In Leadership Summit Conference from the New York Bankers Association in April 2022, the Certified Community Bank Credit Analyst (CCBCA) from the ICBA in March 2022, and the Women and Allies Leadership Symposium from the American Bankers Association in March 2022.
