Chad Jones, PMP, is an experienced Engineering Project Manager at BTC Broadband since May 2018, having previously held multiple roles at AT&T from 1997 to April 2018, including Network Operations Manager for Directv, Technology Operations Development Coach, Manager of U-Verse, and Manager of Installation & Repair. Notable achievements include developing successful teams, achieving top performance metrics, and expanding service capabilities in Oklahoma. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Arts degree from Redlands Community College.
