Rolando Pares Pe

Rolando PARES, PE, is a structural engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently employed at BCC Engineering Inc. since May 2018, Rolando previously served as a Project Manager at AR Construction Group, overseeing technical preparations and ensuring coordination among various stakeholders. Prior to that, as a Structural Project Engineer at AR CONSTRUCTION, Rolando focused on preparing construction drawings, specifications, and compliance with codes. Rolando co-owned IA Ingenieros from October 2013 to January 2016, responsible for design and fabrication of structural projects. Notably, Rolando contributed to the award-winning restoration of the St. Lazaro National Sanctuary in Havana between 2010 and 2013. Rolando began the career as a Project Coordinator at UPI Oficina del Historiador OHC from 2005 to 2010, managing multiple project phases. Rolando holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría," obtained from 2000 to 2005.
