Norma Adjmi

Norma Adjmi serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BCCI Construction since March 2016, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ryan Associates from August 2007 to March 2016. At Ryan Associates, Norma Adjmi was responsible for leading HR practices and fostering a high-performance culture focused on empowerment and career development. Prior to these roles, Norma Adjmi worked as a Human Resources Manager at Intagio from June 2004 to July 2007, and at Rudolph and Sletten from November 1998 to January 2003. Norma Adjmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on English Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
