Smita Bhoskar

Smita Bhoskar is an accomplished professional in the field of research and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at BCD iLabs since September 2023, Smita previously held the position of Head of Research & Development at Blu Cocoon Digital from April 2021 to September 2023. Smita’s career began at Sai Advantium Pharma Ltd as a Senior Research Chemist from July 2006 to March 2010, followed by positions as an Associate Research Scientist and Research Associate at LUPIN LIMITED from April 2010 to April 2021. Smita holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pune and has furthered education with certifications in statistical programming for clinical trials and additional coursework at Synergy Business School.
