Rolando Robles

Vice President, Business Development, Latin America at BCD Travel

Rolando Robles has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rolando started their career as an English Consultant in a freelance capacity from 1996 to 2004. Rolando then joined RCI (an affiliate of Group RCI) in 2001, first as a North America Contact Center Team Leader and later as a North America Contact Center Group Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales revenue and improving key areas in the call center.

In 2004, Rolando joined Group RCI as the Site Responsible for Mexico, where they led the transition and implementation of operations growth, as well as the FLEX and Points departments. Rolando was responsible for a sales revenue of $32 million/year and oversaw multiple operations and teams.

From 2006 to 2010, they worked at BCD Travel as a Senior Account Manager and later as the Director of Account Management. Rolando managed a team and provided advisory and consulting services to travel managers.

In 2010, Rolando joined Royal Caribbean International as an Operations Director, overseeing daily operations.

Rolando returned to BCD Travel in 2012 and held various roles, including Regional Account Manager and Senior Director of Sales, Marketing & Account Management for Latin America. In these roles, they managed a large number of clients and sales volume.

Rolando'smost recent role at BCD Travel was as the Vice President of Business Development for Latin America, where they focused on developing and expanding business relationships in the region.

Rolando Robles completed a Diploma in Management Skills at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, it is known that Rolando attended Northview High School, but the dates and degree obtained are not specified.
