Hannah Young

Hannah Young is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Director at IDEXX since February 2024. Previously, Hannah held the role of Principal at BCE Consulting from 2023 to January 2024. Hannah's extensive experience at WEX from 2017 to 2023 includes serving as Vice President of Americas Strategy & Planning, where responsibilities encompassed fleet/mobility, health/benefits, and travel/corporate payments divisions, as well as leading eMobility strategy and partnerships. Prior roles at WEX included Director/Sr. Director of Strategy and Manager of Corporate Strategy, focusing on various strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and market analysis. Additional experience includes a position in Research & Strategy at the University of New England and various roles at The Beacon Group, part of Accenture. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies and Economics from Bowdoin College, along with finance and accounting education from Wharton Executive Education and additional courses in statistics from the University of New England.
