Al Bazzinotti has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Al began their career in 2005 as a Battalion Commander/Director of Emergency Services at the United States Army Joint Readiness Training Center, where they oversaw the readiness and employment of over 1,400 soldiers and developed strategies for stability operations. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Chief of Military Police and Maneuver Support Doctrine at the United States Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, where they developed full spectrum operations doctrine. In 2010, they became the Director of Proponency, Integration, and Initiatives at the United States Army Military Police School, leading and participating in various working groups to integrate and synchronize doctrine, training, and personnel functions. Al joined Parsons in 2012, initially as a Program Mgt and Support professional, and later as a Program Analyst responsible for planning and executing site activation and system development requirements for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency. In 2015, they joined ManTech International Corporation as a Security/Antiterrorism Analyst. Al then moved to BCF Solutions in 2016 as a Senior Strategic Planner. Throughout their career, Al has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program management, and military operations.
Al Bazzinotti has a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Public Administration and Criminal Justice. Al obtained this degree from Jacksonville State University, the FBI Academy, and the War College. In addition to their education, they have also obtained a Physical Security Certification from the Defense Security Services in May 2016.
