Ngo Dan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial services industry. They started their career at CIBC in 2001, where they worked as an Account Manager for Small Business and later as a Senior Business Advisor until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Ngo Dan worked as a Commercial Account Manager at RBC. They then joined HSBC in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager, and in 2009, they returned to RBC in a new role as a Commercial Credit Advisor, responsible for adjudicating commercial loans and structuring loans for Account Managers. Ngo Dan's most recent position was at BC Financial Services Authority, where they worked as a Senior Risk and Financial Analyst from August 2018 onwards.
Ngo Dan began their education in 1995 at Simon Fraser University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ngo successfully completed their studies there in 1999. Later, in 2001, Ngo Dan enrolled in the Canadian Securities Institute to undertake the CSC Course in Finance, which they finished in 2002.
