Constance Desforges has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Constance began their career as an Assistant Planneur Stratégique at Pars McCann Erickson in 2009. After that, they joined Les Gaulois in 2010 as Agence H, where they were responsible for constructing brand communication strategies and had the ability to analyze image issues using a multidisciplinary methodology. In 2016, they moved to Kantar Consulting as a Project Director, managing exciting projects for international and major brands such as Nestlé, L'Oréal, and Bic. Most recently, in 2019, they joined BrightHouse, a BCG Company, as Creative Director, where they focused on the why and the significance behind the work of the company.
Constance DESFORGES completed their education at HEC Paris from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Henri IV Paris and earned a degree in Hypokhâgne / Khâgne, specializing in Lettres et Sciences Humaines.
